DSV at SOFINS 2025 a strategic presence supporting special forces

From April 1 to 3, 2025, DSV participated in the 7th edition of SOFINS (Special Operations Forces Innovation Network Seminar), held at the Souge camp in Gironde. Organized by the Cercle de l’Arbalète, of which DSV is proud to be a member, this event has become a key meeting point for members of the French and international special forces community.

During these three days, DSV presented its technological solutions adapted to the most complex missions, with live demonstrations in real-world conditions and numerous discussions with operational users and decision-makers from the defense sector.

Presented in two complementary areas, an indoor stand (C42) and an outdoor stand (EXT3), DSV highlighted a selection of its technologies designed for the most demanding missions:

• Complete range of Compact ROVs: underwater drones for surveillance and intervention.

Fotokite Sigma: a ‘remote eye’ situation recognition system.

DeltaQuad Evo: a medium-endurance VTOL drone combining compactness and performance.

AtlasPRO: a tri-copter micro-UAV that's precise, versatile and reliable in any situation.

TrakkaCAM: a 4-axis gyrostabilised optronic ball for optimised vision.

Sonobot 5: a surface drone dedicated to underwater reconnaissance and research.

Dedrone: a portable anti-drone system.

Cyberbox Trout: an advanced cybersecurity system.

These solutions were presented in continuous demonstrations and in real-life conditions, demonstrating their reliability, performance and adaptability to special operations.

Assessment: a proven success

Recognized for its real-world demonstrations, SOFINS 2025 offered DSV a privileged opportunity to engage with French and international special forces, as well as with numerous industrial players in the defense sector.

The results were very positive, highlighting :

  • The relevance of our solutions to demanding operational scenarios,

  • DSV's ability to adapt quickly to user feedback and develop its systems,

  • As well as the complementarity between our technologies and field requirements, demonstrated through immersive and hands-on presentations.

And after SOFINS?

DSV continues its journey at Combaterre 2025, starting April 4 at the Souge camp, to further its demonstrations focused on the Army and to keep adapting its technologies to land warfare requirements.
The many discussions on the stand confirmed the growing interest in flexible, autonomous and interoperable solutions.
